The location at Water's Edge everyone wants. A walk in unit with no steps from parking to the front door, plenty of parking even on the busiest of weekends. If you know Waters Edge you know this is a golf cart friendly community. With this unit you walk out of your condo to the golf cart parking, no long walks up or down hills! Great complex with beautiful grounds, community pool, clubhouse, playground, tennis courts, exercise area, boat ramps, walking trails & even security. The decision of the day will be, do I walk to the enlarged deck and watch the boats dance across the water or wander out the front to the beautiful golf course to watch someone putting and enjoying a round of golf? The fire pit is strategically located across from the golf course green and is a gathering spot (watering hole)! This 3 bed/3 bath unit is 1750 sq ft, has been updated & shows wonderfully. Such a beautiful kitchen, with custom cabinets, quality appliances, quartz tops, wonderful fixtures & beautiful flooring. You have to see it, this is a special unit, with 2 boat slips, boat hoists, cover, & comes furnished. This isn't for everyone its for THE ONE that can appreciate how hard this is to duplicate!
