Nestled in the exclusive community of Clancy Estates, stands this one-of-a-kind, custom-built Mediterranean villa by famed architect Juan Carlos Ochoa. Sitting on nearly an acre flat, the four-bedroom, six-bathroom, 6,500-square-foot estate has been fully restored both inside and out. Upon entering through regal wrought iron gates, lush gardens with mature cacti and an olive tree grove lead to an expansive motor court with a 10' cantera stone fountain, parking for six, and two garages, each with two spaces. The meticulously-crafted interiors are characterized by Mexican satillo tile floors, hand hewn oak floors and ceiling beams, rounded bullnose wall corners, hand-carved stone fireplaces, custom hand made Italian cabinetry, vaulted ceilings and archways and venetian plastered walls. The chef's kitchen, crowned with a hand-painted stained glass illuminated ceiling, offers a Wolf stove and oven, pot filler, wine fridge and a 200-bottle custom wine cabinet in the breakfast nook. The resort-style estate is the ideal venue to host a large gathering as the open concept layout of the generously-sized living, dining and family rooms all flow seamlessly to the outdoor spaces through large French doors. The majestic yard leaves nothing to be desired with a glistening swimming pool surrounded by fire bowls, spa, fire pits and cabana with outdoor kitchen. All this, conveniently located in the heart of the desert and just moments from world-class dining, shopping and golfing.
