Here is your chance to own a flat lot in Dallas! There is lots of construction all around this area and you could built a home, a multi unit or just sit on it as there are not time restrictions on developing. There also are no HOA fees! Close to Miller Family Park. There is a brand new fire station about 2 blocks away. Surrounding areas are being revitalized. Several homes have been torn down and modern square white buildings have been built in their place. There are also several newer apartment complexes, convenience stores and two retirement communities as you go east on the road. Several churches within a few blocks along with daycare. UNT south campus is within about a mile from the property. You could have a phenomenal view of downtown Dallas if the back of the property was cleared a little.
