Outstanding large acreage parcel in Lower Paradise with incredible views and close to Lake Oroville and Lime Saddle Marina!! 13.81 acres has been cleared with road cut in and gated entry as well with security key pad. Many possibilities could be had here, farm and ranch, amazing homesite, build a bran and arenas for horses, graze animals or grow trees, who know. Seller was in process with county working on use permit for houseboat and boat storage, never finished this tho. Only two minutes to Lime Saddle Marina and the Lake, 20 mins to Chico, and 5 mins to Paradise. Large parcels such as this are becoming more rare and harder to acquire. Many acres of level land here with the balance going down Dry Creek Canyon which offers views to the Sutter Buttes and the Valley!!
