Mid-century soul with a modern refresh done right. Built in 1958, this home still carries its original character: vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, a wood-burning brick fireplace, and oak floors that have held generations of footsteps. Everything else? Brought up to 2025 standards. The list of updates is long: new vinyl windows, fresh exterior paint, new front door, new electrical panel, full plumbing repipe, new water line, asbestos abatement, remodeled kitchen and both bathrooms, new floor insulation and visqueen barrier, and even a new driveway drain. Cabinets, counters, fixtures, appliances, flooring - all brand new. The heavy lifting is done. The kitchen is crisp and functional with its fresh finishes, the bathrooms feel like they belong in this century (finally), and the layout flows with no wasted space. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms make daily living easy, while the attached garage has extra room for workbenches or weekend projects. The yard is generous without being overwhelming, and the house is just steps from the heart of the Englewood neighborhood - a place known for its community festival and friendly energy. A coffee shop is a quick stroll away, La Fondita's legendary tacos are half a mile down the road, and Patty's Off Center CafA(C) serves up a breakfast worth walking a mile for.Roof (2010), furnace (2007), and water heater (2016) are older but solid. The sewer line was replaced in 2013. There's no AC yet, but the ductwork is ready if the next owner wants to add it.This is a house that honors its mid-century roots while offering the ease of a full renovation. It's ready for its next chapter - the only thing missing is you.
