Coming Soon! Large, stately home on nearly 4 acres, just minutes from downtown Caribou, Cary Medical Center, and the main arteries going all directions. Built in 1977, this home was stick-built as a 'true colonial,' All 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, while the main floor was for living large! A large Living Room, a fireplaced-Family Room, a spacious & bright Dining Room, with a working Kitchen, set up with multiple work centers. Laundry is on the 1st floor and since we always multi-task between cooking & laundry, this works really well! The siding is newer, now Simplex (cement fiber), the shingled roof is updated, the double chimney has been recapped & repointed, and all of the windows have been replaced! The 3-bay garage looks like the day it was built, immaculate and in great condition. The paved driveway makes it so clean to park your vehicle and enter the home. The driveway even runs right up to the back door, in case you prefer to 'summer park' next to the house. The covered porch off of the dining room is such a great way to extend your seasons. Sitting here is so private and the porch is large enough to move the whole crowd outside! Enjoy the serenity and watch for woodland creatures! The 4 acres is a nice mix of open lawn and wooded area. More pictures coming!
