This is a special property! Imagine living in the nice upstairs home with 2 bedrooms, kitchen w/new backsplash and counter-tops, laundry, full bathroom, dining room, bathroom, family room and covered balcony plus a separate entrance and then running a cafe that is fully furnished downstairs? Or..Make this into a duplex for rental income or two homes. So many possibilities including an approved 5 spot RV parking area approved but septic needs updated to finish that project. You can work and live on this property plus have a summer RV area for business or friends to visit on the way to Tahoe or Kirkwood and next to a local mini mart. Seperate garage/building with one car bay. Cafe has all the equipment needed to run a coffee shop or deli and an ADA bathroom with exterior access to the patio seating area or campers. Septic system was just pumped and Dboxes changed. State Highway exposure but interior has triple glaze windows for quiet + double pane slider. Good internet.
