Nice parcel of land in the beautiful trees with the corners marked with rebar. There is a 3 bedroom septic at the site and ready to go! Power to the lot, needs meter. Well at the site and owner was told in 2005 that it had good water pressure at 75 gallons per minute. Seller just had 18 trees removed and cleared so it is ready for your dream home or a place to park and enjoy the views! Up in the trees. Above the snow line so very close to Kirkwood Ski Resort, Lake Tahoe and Reno. Take a short drive to town or to the Shenandoah Valley Wine Country for a day of wine tasting. Centrally located.
