Your Mountain Escape Awaits - Serenity, Solitude, and Soul-Restoring Views Tucked behind a locked gate just minutes from Cedaredge, this 35.75-acre off-grid mountain retreat is the kind of place you dream about when the noise of the world gets too loud. At the heart of this peaceful haven is an 816 square foot rustic cabin - humble yet full of charm - with sweeping views that will take your breath away. While the cabin itself is completely off-grid with no electric power, it's warmed by a propane heater and wood stove and is served by a solar-powered well. A cozy loft with a hand-crafted log bed is included in the sale, and the open living room and simple kitchen with a propane stove and sink make for warm and comfortable living. Step outside and you'll find a thoughtfully built exterior awning that includes an outdoor shower and added storage space. The sellers have already done some of the groundwork, with vented crawl space, a newer concrete slab floor (2021), wildfire mitigation, a small garden and even a tidy outhouse'because nature calls, but that doesn't mean you have to answer in the woods. Whether you're looking for a simple place to call your own, or you dream of building something more substantial, this property offers endless possibilities with several stunning building sites throughout. Wildlife lovers will be in awe'elk, deer, bear, and even moose wander through regularly. This is more than land. It's peace. It's privacy. It's a reset button for your soul. If you've been searching for a place to breathe deeply and reconnect with what matters most'this is for you.
