Washer & Dryer do not convey. The seller may need a leaseback. The pool has a crack with a slow leak. With an acceptable offer, the seller will either arrange for the removal of the pool before closing or provide a $40k credit at closing. If removed before closing, the area will be relandscaped with new sod. The pool is fully functional and operational, but it will most likely need repair or removal at some point.
