This 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence offers both comfort and income potential in the heart of Tonto Basin. Used by the current owners as a residence fro friends and family and as a short-term rental for overflow guests from the nearby Lodge, this property has consistently generated $7,000 to $9,000 per year in income - without any marketing, Airbnb, or VRBO presence. With the right visibility and booking platform exposure, the rental potential is significantly higher. The property's location could not be more ideal. Situated directly next to the Punkin Center Bar, it sits at the center of community life and activity. Guests and owners alike enjoy the best of all worlds: a peaceful getaway, a jump-off hub for hunting, fishing, nature exploration, and Lake Roosevelt adventures, and at the same time only steps away from food, frolicking, live music, and a cool drink. Whether kept as a personal retreat, expanded into a fully marketed short-term rental, or used as a base camp for friends and family, this home delivers flexibility, charm, and income in one of Arizona's most unique small-town settings.
