This property just feels good. On the East side of Covelo, this is a lovingly cared for early 1900's farm house. Included on property is a historic barn/creamery AND another structure used as an office but with potential for ADU or guest house. Classic plank wood floors, wainscoting and all the built-ins you would expect in a home from this period, but updated for todays needs. Flat usable lot, a wonderful garden shed and boundless with possibilities, it's exactly what you've pictured.
