Welcome to It's Sunbelievable - a big, well-loved beach house with 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and nearly 4,000 square feet to spread out and enjoy the good life in Rodanthe. Inside, you'll find space for everyone, and then some. A brand new elevator was installed in 2024. The game room downstairs is set up for fun with a pool table, shuffleboard and a wet bar with full fridge. Two bedrooms are also on this floor, including a king en suite and a bunk room with deck access. The middle level has three more king en suites, a cozy den, and a conveniently located laundry room with a new dryer (2021). Up top, the living area shines with natural light, a big kitchen with custom maple cabinets, dual dishwashers (one replaced in 2022), a new microwave (2024) and a new oven (2022). The final king en suite is tucked just off the main space with its own private sundeck, jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. Outside, the updates keep coming: new decks with all new low-maintenance vinyl railings (2022), new pool door (2022), new outdoor shower door (2022) and a walkway bridge, which was rebuilt the same year. The exterior got a fresh coat of paint in 2023, making everything feel clean and well cared for. With multiple decks, a private pool and hot tub, gas and charcoal grills, and plenty of spots to catch a breeze or sit under the stars, the outdoor living is just as inviting as the inside. And the location? Just a short walk to both the beach and the sound. Spend your mornings at the Rodanthe Pier, take a scenic drive through Pea Island Wildlife Refuge, or swing by Good Winds or Waterman's for something fresh and local. Rodanthe's the kind of place where you'll start recognizing neighbors, and every sunset feels like a little gift. If you've been searching for a beach house with room for the whole crew - and thoughtful updates already done - It's Sunbelievable might just be the one.
