Make your dreams a reality on this 23+ acre property fronting I-17 & Hwy 169, 3 corners of freeway frontage and exceptional visibility, Currently classified as 70% commercial and 30% residential with 4 wells on the property. The former home of the once thriving San Dominique Winery, visited by many locals, travelers and world famous chefs (see signed original letter from Jacques Pepin) includes multiple buildings and sheds. The 2 story residence, office, former restaurant, tasting room, production room, cooled storage room (still home to numerous bottles of wine and 700 + gallons of wine in storage tanks), the owner's private wine library. Over 6,500 sq ft of improvements on the property. The awards, photos, fixtures and equipment on site lend themselves to continuing the San Dominque history of a beloved place to host upscale wine dinners & enjoy gastronomic garlic delights. However, the owner had numerous other ideas for this property, some even made it to the written building plan stage (plans are onsite for the future owner) for a myriad of various uses on the remaining 22 + prime acres. What would you do with this prime location? Oh the possibilities... Article from 2011: https://azbigmedia.com/lifestyle/experience-arizona/northern-arizona-wineries-san-dominique-winery/
