This Beautifully Crafted Custom Real Log Home sits atop Rosita Hills thus providing the most Scenic Views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range. The home itself is of SUPERIOR quality as well as sufficiency as it is fully solar powered by a system that has been very well maintained over the years. There are 3 large bedrooms and 3 baths, with an open concept kitchen/dining and living room. The garage has been enlarged to provide plenty of workspace for those who like to dabble in crafting or simply home maintenance. The long driveway has been upgraded to include a concrete base all the way up to the front door for convenience of all kitchen deliveries. The home consists of water baseboard heat for 6 zones, and a pellet stove for extra warmth on cold winter nights. The windows tilt in for easy cleaning and all restroom fixtures are of EXCELLENT quality. The wrap around deck is the perfect provision to catch both sunrise and sunsets. The home and deck are currently being re-stained to help preserve the wood exterior.
