Warm wood tones, soaring lines, and unmistakable architectural character -- this custom A-frame sits on a rare double lot backing to peaceful wooded greenspace in the heart of Port Orchard. The setting feels tucked away and private, with abundant birds, wildlife, and two mature fruit-bearing cherry trees creating a true Pacific Northwest backdrop. Massive wraparound deck overlooks the forested greenbelt and becomes an extension of the living space -- wide enough to entertain, quiet enough to disappear into. Inside, the architectural style shines with dramatic vaulted spaces, oversized windows, and era-defining design details that make this home feel anything but cookie-cutter. The finished basement offers an incredible amount of flexible space for hobbies, media, recreation, storage, or multi-use living. Outside, the property offers flexibility that's hard to find: covered RV parking with both 30 & 50 amp service, EV-ready setup, parking for 6 vehicles, handcrafted custom wood garage doors, and room to spread out across two lots. Additional features include on-demand gas hot water and central vacuum system. A one-of-a-kind property with personality, privacy, and space to live a little differently.
