Welcome to Hi-Roc Shores Community! This unique, tranquil setting offers so much for those who love nature and a close-knit neighborhood. With 2 lakes, a private beach featuring a bathhouse and pavilion, fishing, boating, and even a nature trail, it's a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy outdoor activities. The lot you're looking at is a spacious .52-acre parcel that's been consolidated from four smaller lots into one parcel, making it ideal for building your dream home. It's located in a beautiful and private setting, with a new road set to be completed by January 2025, ensuring easy access. In addition to the scenic views and outdoor recreation, residents benefit from a private market, a community room next to the HOA and Water Department buildings, and a private well system, all included as part of your dues along with Trash included. Please note, before building, a survey is required, and all house and site plans must be submitted to the HOA Board for approval. The seller will be marking the property line on the back side of the lot, so you can clearly see where your boundaries are. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant, peaceful community. Come visit and see the potential for your future home in Hi-Roc Shores! Let's make it happen!
