Welcome to this one of a kind 1940 Naval trawler conversion. Enjoy a piece of history surrounded by beautiful views of the capital, bay and nearby wildlife. Located in Olympia's West Bay Marina, this 1 bed 1 bath live-aboard boat would make a fantastic short term rental or a great place to escape for a couple nights! Tugboat Annie's is only steps away, and Oly's waterfront Farmers market and downtown only minutes away- you can't beat this location! Updated exterior paint, new LVP flooring when you first enter the cabin, nice size living space with walk-in pantry/closet. Bask in beautiful sunny days on the topside watching marine life float by. Boat can also be relocated!
