Own a piece of Seattle history! This charming and spacious 1 bedroom unit is located inside the iconic Queen Anne High School building complete with 14-foot ceilings, oversized windows, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and an open floor plan that is surprisingly conducive to entertaining. And don't forget about the bedroom. Yes, an actual bedroom with four walls, a door, a window, a spacious closet, etc. Not a studio or loft. What a luxury! But wait, there's more! You'll also have access to the rooftop deck for some of Seattle's best views (hello NYE fireworks), covered parking, and individual storage. Pet and rental friendly. All this while being just blocks away from the best Queen Anne offers for dining, nightlife, shopping, schools, and proximity to downtown. Add you own flavor to this vibrant building!
