A fully renovated three-unit building on a quiet street in Machias, with Machias River views and nothing left to do when you close. Unit C is the standout. Built in 1997, this 1,274-square-foot cape has three bedrooms, two baths, its own private basement with interior and walk-out access, and a living room window looking out over the river. Step out the side door and down to the lawn and the river is right there. The unit currently runs as an active short-term rental with documented annual income, but it works equally well as a long-term rental or as the owner's residence while the other two units carry the mortgage. Units A and B occupy the original structure, built in the mid-1800s. Both are two-bedroom units configured for year-round month-to-month tenants. Unit A is 920 square feet with its own basement. Unit B is 815 square feet. The seller is actively placing tenants in both before closing. All three units have been fully renovated. New flooring, trim, cabinets, and countertops throughout, all well installed and in excellent condition. Everything is done. The only decision left is what to do with it.
