Excellent Opportunity To Seize A Waterfront Building & Dock Lot In Desirable Lockwood Folly Country Club! This 2-parcel offering provides one lot upon which you can build your new home and the second lot can be used for boat or kayak access to Lockwood Folly River-right off the Intracoastal Waterway! Whether by boat by car, the beach is just a few minutes away as Holden Beach sits at a short 10 minute ride! This partially wooded setting provides privacy and serenity along with sweeping river and marsh views. There may be potential for up to 2 docks (buyer to verify with granting authorities) where you can dock your boat, kayak or fish in the convenience of your own yard! Bird watching, sunrise viewing and storms rolling in could all be enjoyed from your back deck. Across the street at the front of the property is the 16th hole green and the 17th tee. The property has an expired 4-bedroom septic permit on file and at one time plans were considered by a past owner for a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with 3 car garage and over 5000 square feet- however you can bring your own builder and determine what is now possible! In addition to golfing, this amenity-filled community offers a pool, tennis courts, boat ramp, park, on-site restaurant and other facilities that will have you absolutely loving where you live! Lockwood Folly is considered one of Brunswick County's hidden gems as it sits upon 460 gated acres convenient to both Wilmington and Myrtle Beach.
