Picture yourself in an affordable 3 bedroom 1 bath ranch-style home with a 2 car attached garage, full dry basement, and a deck overlooking the back 48 (acres that is!!), all for less than $200,000, wow! Spacious kitchen, living room, and family room (or dining room, your lifestyle choice). 3 Bedrooms on this same level and laundry is also on the first floor in the full bath! There is a walk-up attic, super for storage and there is some storage overhead of the garage. The sellers are currently having some roadways cleared to make it easier to walk your dogs, bike to the 3 beaver ponds, or fish in Fox Brook! Low taxes, close to the quiet town of Portage Lake, not far from the trail system. Up to their eyeballs with sorting, packing, working, and more, this house is going to take an experienced eye to see the full potential. Don't shame these folks, they inherited a house full of mess from the previous owners and have been working to get out from under it. It will be cleaned out before closing! Don't wait to grab this affordable homestead, get in and be ready for spring gardening! You'll be picking raspberries from the land's bushes this summer!
