At the end of a quiet dead-end road, this peaceful retreat sits surrounded by water on two sides--with a gentle creek running through the property and sweeping views of the Alsea River. The main level offers an open living area with breathtaking water and natural views, a charming cabin-style kitchen, one bedroom, one bath, and a flexible space that could serve as an office, den, or additional sleeping area. Upstairs, you'll find another living space, bedroom, and full bathroom -- perfect for guests or multi-generational living! A wrap-around deck invites you to relax outdoors and take in the sound of the creek and the view of the Alsea river. The property also includes a carport, a large workshop, and plenty of room to enjoy hobbies or storage. Set in the country yet only 15 minutes from Waldport and 35 minutes from Newport, this property offers the ideal balance of removed, yet reachable. Whether you love fishing, kayaking, or simply soaking up the tranquility of the water, this is a true fisherman's and nature lover's haven.
