This charming 4 bedroom 2 bath home in rural Leicester is ready for a new owner! This property has something for everyone. There's the rural 0.88 acres surrounded by woods just waiting for a garden and some chickens...There's the well maintained house with a standing seam metal roof, backup generator, newer wood pellet furnace, a large, partially finished basement with a workshop, a large family room that could be turned into a mancave, split into more rooms, or used as storage, and the large two car garage... Additionally the bedrooms and bathrooms are all accessible on one level with just a few stairs to the laundry in the breezeway and handrails in the hallway for added safety. For all the water and beach lovers there is beautiful Lake Dunmore and the Branbury State Park within easy biking distance and if you enjoy hiking there is the Silver Lake Trail with another lake to swim or camp at, and the Minnie Baker Trailhead, both just down the road! Enjoy the privacy and peace that the sloped woods behind the property provides. Of course, one of the largest benefits of this property is being less than 20 minutes of main roads to downtown Middlebury, 10 minutes to Brandon, and 30 minutes to Middlebury Snowbowl and more amenities in Rutland. Showings Start January 11.
