Welcome to a one of a kind, off grid ranch sitting on 172.23 acres with fantastic views of the Yolla Bolly wilderness, with nearly one mile of Cottonwood Creek frontage. This ranch features a 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home with 4,325 SF, expansive covered rear patio to soak up the views, 42 owned solar panels with 82 gel-pack batteries and a hardwired backup generator. A truly self-sufficient retreat was built in 1985 and had a major addition that was completed in 2006. Additional improvements include two shops, one being 3,300 SF and that other at 900 SF, 3 above ground 3,500 gallon fuel tanks, one of them being plumbed directly to the diesel generator. There are two wells on this ranch, one for the house and the other has been used to irrigate portions of the pasture. Endless possibilities await.
