Located in the hotly desired community of Coco Marina, this camp is quite a find. Having survived every major hurricane in recent history, she's proven herself time and again. Measuring approximately 1200 sqft, the the camp is currently outfitted with a large bunk room, spacious living/dining area, and a separate master bedroom with connected half bath. Hit the water early from your private dock with quick access to the marsh or the gulf. The marina has an awesome barge for you to load up on ice, snacks, and bait. When you've hauled in your limit or if the fish aren't biting, go sit by the marina pool, or grab dinner and cocktail at the Coco Marina restaurant. There are currently no HOA fees and the Marina is making incredible improvements currently with the goal to become a world class facility. The property values here will only go up!
