Affordable St. Augustine Condo! Welcome to Tennis Village at Ponce, one of St. Augustine's most nostalgic condo communities, ideally located near the Intracoastal Waterway and just minutes to historic downtown, Vilano Beach, and Anastasia Island. This updated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground-floor condo can be used as a primary residence, second home, or investment in a hard-to-find price range (30 day rentals allowed). Unit 777 is move-in ready featuring a remodeled kitchen with solid porcelain countertops, white shaker cabinetry, soft-close drawers, stainless steel GE appliances, and a coastal-inspired tile backsplash. Additional upgrades include new vinyl flooring throughout, fresh interior paint, and a brand new 2025 HVAC system, all big-ticket improvements that add comfort and peace of mind. The community is currently undergoing exterior improvements, with the HOA repainting buildings and replacing roofs in 2026, helping to maintain long-term value for years to come. Residents enjoy access to a community pool, tennis courts, and direct Intracoastal access that is perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, or enjoying quiet mornings by the water. With limited inventory at this price point, this condo stands out as one of the best values in St. Augustine for buyers seeking affordability, convenience, and low-maintenance living near the coast.
