This is a lovely three bedroom and two bathroom split-floorplan home right off course at the 17th hole at Castle Oaks golf course in Ione. The floorplan is split with the master bedroom on one side, and the guest room and office on the other side. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, trash compactor, gas range, and granite countertops. Great extra living room/office area and tall ceilings and windows above a few interior doors to let all the natural light in. The HVAC system has been updated recently. Another great feature is the enclosed sun room, completely finished with tile plank floors, double glass doors, another glass door from the master bedroom to the sunroom and vinyl windows and three ceiling fans. The lot itself is wonderful with a big back yard and side yard, with a shed and garden area. Possible RV parking area on the big side yard with a few modifications.
