Have you been looking for a super charming home in a fabulous location on a HUGE lot for under $500,000. How about under $450,000?! You'll want to get over to see this gem ASAP! This darling 3-bedroom 2 bath home sits on a lovely 1/3-acre lot with great alley access (through a massive entry gate suitable for RVs, boats, trucks, etc.). The living, kitchen and dining area all look across the quiet country lane to a lush wall of green... and Big Chico Creek. This is 'close-in country living' at its best! The charm starts at the wrought iron fence and continues down the path to the covered front porch, darling entry alcove and into the living area with it's hardwood flooring, brick fireplace, built-ins and a large picture window. The kitchen is very functional and open to the dining area. And, though it's older, it would be an easy facelift! Two of the 3 bedrooms were extended and are extra-large. There's an interior laundry room, lots of storage... and both bathrooms have updates. PLUS, new dual pane windows, H/A ducting, new grounded plugs, upgraded insulation and many more practical features! Even with all this the star of the show might just be the awesome fully fenced lot with room for an ADU, shop, giant garden, you name it. It already has a fruit orchard and a shade structure with drip lines installed. The potential is limitless!
