Welcome to this fabulous cape cod farmhouse style home in the very desirable Dona streets of Studio City. After driving down the long driveway/approach you'll find this hidden gem, set back from the street on a very private lot that's over a quarter of an acre. Spend your days by the gorgeous pool or go hiking at the adjacent Fryman Canyon hiking trail. This home has so much to offer. The family room looks out onto the pool and is full of character with a gorgeous fireplace with a one of a kind Italian ceramic mantle, pegged wood floors, beautiful beamed ceiling and wet bar. There's also another more formal living area on the lower level that also opens out to the pool. Also downstairs is a formal dining room, kitchen with granite tile countertops, plus a breakfast nook. Upstairs there is a very large primary suite with lots of natural light and a large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, plus two more generous sized bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathroom. And there's even more to love! Attached to the 2 car garage is a permitted separate rec room with full bath that would also make a great office. Located within the Carpenter Avenue Elementary school district and close to the amazing shops and restaurants nearby on Ventura, you'll want to call this house home.
