Welcome home to one of the original, custom built homes in Waterside at Lanier Springs! This Executive level home features custom detail, trim, and luxury throughout the home! There is space galore with 3 finished levels, 7 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. The home has just been freshly painted, and all systems in the home have been replaced and are in excellent condition. The front entry is inviting with a flagstone full front porch and custom iron front doors! From the moment you enter the home, you can see the attention to detail starting with the Brazilian Cherry hardwood flooring on the main level. All carpet in the home has been replaced with wood flooring. To the left you see a formal living room with french doors, which could also be used as a main level office, music room or library. The formal Dining room is perfect for holidays or entertaining. The spacious great room is perfect for entertaining and leads right into the kitchen and breakfast area. Right off of the kitchen is a four seasons sun room that the Owners finished for year round use! Also on the main level are a good sized guest bedroom (currently used as an office) and full bath. Upstairs, the Primary Bedroom features a large sitting area, and the owners finished a four seasons room converted to a gym which is attached to the Primary Bedroom to create a great space to work out at home. All gym equipment will stay with the home! The Primary Bathroom is grand in size and features a huge walk-in closet with His/Hers dressing areas. Downstairs, the finished basement features a spacious executive-sized office space, a Billiards/game room, two spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom and a wet bar. The backyard is expansive and flat, making it one of the best lots in the community! Extensive detail was paid to the yard, as the homeowners added drainage systems to aid in proper water control, a stone path to get to the backyard from the front yard, and beautiful plants which add to year round beauty. The backyard is also incredibly private with no neighbors to the left! The perfect place to enjoy the beautiful backyard is from the re-built deck and covered patio! The owners upgraded the deck with composite, low-maintenance decking and new railing, and the patio below features a below-deck ceiling to keep it dry. When the sun is hot, the custom retractable awning helps keep the deck nice and cool! The neighborhood features a pool, with a water slide, 4 tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, and a clubhouse that can be rented out by homeowners. Great school district, and walking distance to White Oak Elementary School and Lanier Middle school. You won't want to miss this opportunity for luxurious living near Lake Lanier!
