So this home has a great story.. two old houses joined by one talented man.. and then added more.. to come up with over 6000 square feet of AWESOMENESS. The construction of this building is amazing. It's not going anywhere. Note the TRUSSES. Note the BEAMS. So many great features; 6 porches, 42-inch cabinets, with 42-inch cabinets on top of that, great room that mimics that of a small dance hall, 13ft pantry, nooks, and cranny's throughout. Situated on two acres of lush grounds, many different types of oaks, maples, grapefruit, tangerine, .a small orchard. It would be a great Wedding Venue, event space, spa, bar, private school, retreat, antique store, multi-family, business the possibilities are endless. 2 acres unrestricted in Houston.. RV parking, boat parking. An economical choice for a commercial space. Ask about the contents..
