Who will be the lucky one to take advantage of this gem back on the market? (at no fault of seller)Oceanfront condo furnished and in beach area that is NOT crowded AND a storage closet for beach equipment...yes please! 2 bed 2 bath Arcadian Shore I condo that has NEVER been rented in the last 23 years the family has owned this unit. The second bedroom is plenty big enough to make a bunk room if you would like to make more room for family or use unit as a rental. The double slider doors from living area is an extra bonus to enjoy the ocean breeze and hear the waves crashing ashore, which you can also do from the primary bedroom. The HVAC has was redone with all ductwork in 2017 and windows replaced in same time frame. Arcadian Shores area is a favorite and this condo is something you definitely don't want to miss out on seeing!
