New Ouray County Subdivision! Have you been looking for that perfect place for your future homesite, but don't want to build a mega mansion and would like to take your time in building your forever dream property? Mountain Vistas subdivision was created especially for you! There are six lots for you to check out here-and even the purchase is designed to fit your needs. The seller is offering financing at just 30% down at 5.5% interest for 5 years! This allows you to pick out your perfect parcel and pay just a portion, allowing you to decide what you'd like to create as you plan your move. Very light covenants allow you to follow Ouray County guidelines rather than typical HOA guidelines. This means that you can bring your RV first. Create a custom designed home according to your plans, start with your outbuilding first, build large or small, or perhaps not build at all! Utilities are in and ready for you to bring to your homesite when you're ready. A sensible number of pets and farm animals are allowed! Lot 1 is special, because it's the most remote and has the highest elevation offering impressive mountain views of the Sneffels Range, Cimarrons and Buckhorn Heights. It's at the end of the road, and beyond this lot is a large ranch that is level and beautiful. Deer and elk wander through the property frequently. A gentle grade change allows opening up the views as you desire. Wildfire mitigation that is wildlife friendly has already been completed to minimize your work until you decide how you'd like to use your property. Roads are maintained by Ouray County, the Log Hill Volunteer Fire Station is nearby and access to Ridgway, Ouray and Telluride is easy over Log Hill, as is the quick 15 minute trip north to Montrose. This is the one you've been hoping for: A nice sized property where you can create your dream without having to follow other peoples' vision of your dream or the need to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to install infrastructure! Come pick which parcel you'd like!
