Get ready for the laid back lake life! Your piece of paradise sits on a double lot and toward the end of the subdivision for added privacy! This 16x30 metal building has electrical wiring that has already begun and the possibility for a generator when complete; some insulated ceiling and walls and ready for your final touches. Come on out, set up your hammock and relax. Head down to one of the 3 pristine lakes for a little fishing, boating, swimming and some fun! Remember to stop by the play area for additional activities: basketball, horseshoes, slides and a pavilion to relax when everyone needs a break. There are bathrooms and showers if you need them. Walk out on the bridge that takes you to the island in the middle of the lake. There are so many scenic spots, a runoff waterfall and wooded trails throughout this community for 4-wheeling and more! Enjoy the many neighborhood gatherings for everyone throughout the year and reserve the clubhouse for special occasions!
