24 Yrs of Experience Experience: 24 Years
I'm Matt Morris, a Mortgage Loan Originator with Highland HomeLoans based in Frisco, Texas. I help buyers across North Texas finance their homes, with a strong focus on new construction in Frisco, Prosper, Celina, McKinney, and the surrounding communities. A large part of my work involves helping buyers navigate the process of building a new home. Between builder incentives, rate buydowns, and construction timelines, there are a lot of moving pieces. My job is to simplify the financing side, explain the options clearly, and make sure clients feel confident every step of the way. I work closely with buyers, Realtors, and builder sales teams to keep the loan process organized and moving forward. Communication and setting the right expectations upfront are a big part of how I work. When everyone understands the plan and the numbers, the experience becomes much smoother from contract to closing. Much of my business comes from referrals from past clients and Realtor partners, which means a lot to me. My goal is always the same: keep things simple, stay proactive, and deliver a smooth closing. I live in Frisco with my family and stay active in the local community. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me on a soccer field supporting my kids and their teams.
