I’m Matt Morris, a Mortgage Loan Originator with Highland HomeLoans based in Frisco, Texas. I help buyers across North Texas finance their homes, with a strong focus on new construction in Frisco, Prosper, Celina, McKinney, and the surrounding communities. A large part of my work involves helping buyers navigate the process of building a new home. Between builder incentives, rate buydowns, and construction timelines, there are a lot of moving pieces.
