The two most popular of these are our Physicians Home Loan and our Community Home Loan, both of which offer little-to-no down payment with no mortgage insurance, amongst other benefits. Portfolio lending is also an option for those home buyers and clients that may not fit perfectly in the box that conventional lending or government lending offers. German American also offers Construction-to-Permanent Loans and Renovation Loans for those looking to build from the ground up or to renovate a property that may need work. Home Equity Lines-of-Credit and Bridge Loans are also options for our clients, which can greatly assist in moving from one home to another, or to have equity readily available for future emergencies or household needs.
