This is the 3rd time I have had the pleasure to work with Terri. She helped me throw my first ever mortgage and I had 101 questions. You would have thought i was interviewing her for news article, and she handled it with stile. A few years later she set me up for success in refinancing dripping my rate from 4.875% to 3.000% and from a 30 to a 15 year mortgage (about $30,000 in interest savings). She makes it look effortless. You would think that the 3rd time around I would have made it easier on her. Nope, I wanted the imposable. In the marked today where it is normal to hear people getting mortgage rated over 7.000% and some over 7.500%, she was able to get my a great rate. One that I was not sure was even possible. On a property that was over 9 acers and had an older mobile home on it, Terri had her work cut out for her. Just the nature of the property cut her resources in half if not more. But her persistence and leaving no stone unturned she did it. She made it happen. Yep 6.625%, who would have thunk it. Terri’s hard work saved me over $18,000.00 in interest payments. Terri for the win. Thank you again for putting up with all my stuff. Be ready to do it again if rates drop.

Terri and her team gave great advice regarding VA versus conventional loans, and processed our loan application so that we did not have to sell our old home to buy a new one. We didn't dream that we could own two homes at once, and surely wouldn't have completed the loan application in a way that would have qualified us. And the rate she got was lower than we expected. She shopped for the best rates, the least expensive title company, and much more than I can even remember. Going through the loan process takes time and a lot of expertise. So much information is needed. Had we been required to do it all ourselves, we probably would have given up -- thinking that we couldn't afford to buy the house we now call home. Terri and her team were absolutely stellar!
