Rocky hired my company to clean a pond at his rental. He wanted to do electronic payment, but we settled on a check and he guaranteed me left and right the check would be at his rental ready the day of the clean. The check wasnt there. I address it with him and he acted like he cared and would get it to me. Asked that we still do the service. He knows that we dont do business this way, but I wanted to help. A month later. No check, wont return my calls or texts, when he was so easy to get a hold of when he needed the service. So now my take on the guy is super friendly when he wants something, but his true colors come out when he has to pay.
