However, he is licensed for the entire state of Maryland or can refer you to someone at Bay Capital Mortgage who is licensed from Pennsylvania to Florida. For 20 years, Richie worked at JP Morgan Chase and was consistently a top 10% originator for the bank. Since joining and becoming a Partner at Bay Capital Mortgage, Richie has finished in the top 3 in production since 2010. Richie considered one of the go too mortgage companies serving the Mid-Shore area.
