I started in the mortgage business back in 1999. Over the years this business has changed a lot and continues to evolve. What I feel is the most important attribute to have in today's marketplace is transparency, honesty and great communication. There are a lot of moving parts going from contract to closing. We all make mistakes. The key is to address them quickly, make the correction and move forward. A successful transaction is when all parties are working together to get to the finish line. That is always my number one goal.
