Great, ?? great experience. Gary and his team will be my first POC if or when I’m doing this process again. They were honest, especially Gary. They were also very good at communicating. Everyone communicates differently, I’m not always on top of my emails :). They also understood that I worked and my schedule didn’t always allow that immediate response. You will know which step of the process your at and the customized little videos felt great.?

We really enjoyed working with Dave as our lender. He’s very down to earth and made what could have been a complicated process feel a lot easier, especially since this was our first time purchasing a HUD home.
