I worked with Mr. Lynch a few years ago when I first became interested in purchasing a home. At that time, my credit wasn’t good at all. When I expressed interest a second time, Mike reviewed my credit reports and provided extremely valuable coaching on how to clear up and resolve items in collections, obtain new credit, and improve both my credit usage and overall creditworthiness. Mike made the process of gathering and submitting all financial documents—as well as verifying my residence and employment—very easy. There were some bumps in obtaining older tax documents from both the state and federal government, but even then, Mike was able to communicate with staff at both agencies to clarify exactly what I needed and, when necessary, identify acceptable alternative documents. Once all documents were gathered and submitted for verification, the process became even easier. Although there were still occasional snags, and my anxiety sometimes felt like it had levels of its own, I was able to stay focused and push ahead thanks to the assistance of Rosita and Mike, who were always available whenever I contacted them. The lessons I learned—from getting my finances in order to navigating the inspection process for my new home—were incredibly valuable and essential for any new homeowner. The class I took through Framework, Homeownership, was also an excellent investment. All of the videos and tests were very informative, and I highly recommend that all new homeowners take a course like this or something similar to gain a solid understanding of the entire homebuying process, including the terminology and expectations leading up to closing.
