I came to the mortgage industry in 2003, after spending several years in sales work that paid the bills but never felt like the right fit. I had found a degree of success in a couple of other industries, but nothing compared to what I felt the first time I helped someone close on a home they weren't sure they could afford. I was raised in a family that believed in serving others and staying curious, so an industry built around one of the most meaningful decisions a person will ever make turned out to be exactly where I was supposed to land.
