Krystal took the time to understand my taxes and get me correctly pre-appoved. Two other lenders told me I couldn’t qualify for the homes in my area. Krystal went into depth to understand that my income only looked funky at first blast but after fully reviewing it I was actually qualified for more of a home than I was wanting. It was a blessing to work with someone that looked into my income instead of just looking at it!

Krystal was amazing to deal with. She was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had about buying our first house and also when we refinanced. She is extremely knowledgeable about anything related to real estate and mortgages.

The Krystal Stearns Team is, at best, a one star operation. Krystal is nearly impossible to get a hold of throughout the process when there are issues or concerns. We had several key players during our mortgage process all mention how difficult it was to work with her team in order to meet our shortened deadline. It wasn’t until we started reaching out to other Northpointe Bank branches that we made any progress. Our loan stayed in the “Apply” phase on their portal until the day we closed. There are so many better companies out there that will deliver significantly better service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Closed two different properties over a two month period. Unorganized, terrible communication and zero accountability from her supervisor. The title company and agent both requested I never use Northpointe again. The unprofessional manner delayed construction an additional year.
