Kim Winters

Kimberly Winters is the Senior Mortgage Loan Officer for The Kim Winters Team with Movement Mortgage in the Asheville, NC area. After receiving her BA from the University of North Carolina Asheville, she started her career in the financial industry in the banking realm. She has spent over twenty years crafting her brand, which has defined her as an efficient and effective worker, bringing transactions together. This experience has propelled her to become the “go to” clients and real estate professional’s trust. She has successfully assisted clients navigate through the home buying process, closing over $1 billion dollars in her career. Kim has been consistently recognized in the Top 1% of Mortgage Originators in the United States by Mortgage Executive Magazine and is a Top 10 producer in a multi-billion-dollar mortgage bank. She has established a vast base of past clients, realtor partners, financial planning partners but most importantly friends during her twenty plus year career. Kim lives in Asheville, NC with her husband, five children, and two dogs.
