Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLC and especially Kierra Moss was a pleasure to do business with. I needed a home loan do do renovations on a family home to prepare if for renters. Kierra went over the many different options available and really worked hard to find not only the right loan for my situation but also a great interest rate considering the inflated rates in the market right now. I was able to fund within a month, have contractors working hard to complete my project and should have the place rented within the next 30 days once construction is complete. All of this would not have been possible without the diligent work of Kierra and her team. They have many loan types available and I now consider Kierra a valuable member of my investment team going forward!!
