About
Hey there, my name is Katie Moody and I have the best job ever because I get to help change people's lives! Coming into mortgage lending 6 years ago, after spending 17 years in the restaurant industry, my super power is customer service- helping my home buyers navigate the mortgage process in stress free and easy to understand way! I actually get a rush off of explaining what goes into a mortgage payment, what the process looks like, and what closing costs are! At Homespire Mortgage, our home buyers are our family, and every single person I get to help leaves the experience with me as their life long friend!
