Tyler over at Motivation Mortgage is the man, but not only him the entire team was amazing! I was in a buy down situation and let the team at Motivation know where I wanted to be as far as my payments, they did not rush or try to con me into a refinance before it made sense. I worked with them for over 2 years on my refi price, closing, etc to where it made sense. Once it did, BOOM we got it done quick and easy. The entire process was seamless and a delight. We had the opportunity to working with Hope and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end! She has worked closely with our realtor Ashley Misiuda on previous deals before and let me just say they are an incredible duo!! This was our first home purchase and as many know this process can be very overwhelming at times.
